How To Drop Off Your Items

New Consignors WelcomeNew consignor accounts are created in person at our Carlyle boutique during store hours. Once your account is set up at the counter, you can drop off up to 30 items per person/family per week. Larger batches are welcome when previous arrangements have been made with our team.

Fast Digital LoggingYou do not need to print or fill out a paper manifest! Our staff logs your bags, totes, and container counts directly into our digital POS system at the front counter. You will receive an immediate confirmation tag matching your account.

We donate unselected pieces directly to local Saskatchewan community charities on your behalf.
Collect unaccepted items within 48 hours of intake review notice. Unclaimed items after 48h are automatically donated.

Items We Cannot Accept:
Fast-fashion items with low resale durability (Shein, Temu, Primark), heavily worn activewear, intimates/undergarments, stained garments, counterfeit luxury items, or unlaundered clothing.
Drop-Off FAQ
Can I drop off more than 30 items at once?
Standard walk-in drop-offs are 30 items per batch so our intake team can steam, evaluate, photograph, and barcode every piece within 48 hours. However, if you have a larger estate, seasonal closet overhaul, or special collection, we are happy to accept larger batches whenever previous arrangements have been made with our staff in advance! Otherwise, you are welcome to bring additional batches in on consecutive days.
How do I get paid when my clothes sell?
You receive a 40% split on every sale. You can track your balance live 24/7 in your Partner Portal and request Interac E-Transfer payouts or spend your balance immediately in-store as boutique credit.
Where is the drop-off location?
All drop-offs take place directly at our Carlyle showroom floor during our open business hours.
