Before bringing in your items, you must have an active Partner Account with Handpicked306. If you are not yet a partner, please apply online before coming in.

Max 30 Per Batch

Pack up to 30 items in a clean bin or tote. All items must meet our boutique condition standards:

Freshly laundered & smoke-free

Free of tears, pilling, or missing buttons

Working zippers and intact hardware

In-demand brands and seasonal relevance

Include a completed item manifest so we can accurately match your tags and assign your initials/till code:

Your Choice

Items not selected for our sales floor can be handled in one of two ways indicated on your manifest:

Option A: Donate (Recommended)

We donate unselected pieces directly to local Saskatchewan community charities on your behalf.

Option B: Consignor Pick-Up

Collect unaccepted items within 48 hours of intake review notice. Unclaimed items after 48h are automatically donated.

Items We Cannot Accept:

Fast-fashion items with low resale durability (Shein, Temu, Primark), heavily worn activewear, intimates/undergarments, stained garments, counterfeit luxury items, or unlaundered clothing.

Drop-Off FAQ

Can I drop off more than 30 items at once?

We enforce a strict 30-item limit per batch so our intake team can steam, evaluate, photograph, and barcode every piece within 48 hours. If you have multiple batches, you are welcome to bring them in on consecutive days!

How do I get paid when my clothes sell?

You receive a 50% split on every sale. You can track your balance live 24/7 in your Partner Portal and request Interac E-Transfer payouts or spend your balance immediately in-store as boutique credit.

Where is the drop-off location?

All drop-offs take place directly at our Carlyle showroom floor during our open business hours.
