All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of consignment retail, all sales are considered final. We do not typically offer returns, exchanges, or cash refunds.

Exceptions & Store Discretion

Any return, exchange, or refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and granted strictly at store discretion. Where an exception is approved, compensation may be issued in the form of store credit.

Item Condition & In-Store Inspection

• All items in our boutique are gently used/pre-owned consignment pieces and sold strictly "as-is."
• We carefully inspect incoming inventory, but natural wear or minor variations are standard for pre-loved clothing and goods.
• Because we do not provide measurements or online photography catalogs, we encourage customers to inspect all garments, zippers, seams, and fit thoroughly in-store prior to purchase.
